Future Of Climate Change & Kyoto Treaty

Is the international community seriously tackle climate change? Is the Kyoto treaty provision applies?
Within the scope of such diverse issues in International Relations-also evolved. International Climate Change is an issue that is now being discussed was keen. Although not in the category of high politics issues, but in category low politics issues.
Globalization has brought a new trend, the emergence of new issues that need the attention of the Joint. Among them is the problem of 'climate change' is less attention, but now it is growing significantly.
In recent years, global warming has become part of the problem; the issue of the environment has been entered as a major focus in the discussion forums international meetings. To respond to the above issues, the United Nations adopted the Convention on Climate Change, or UNFCC C (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change).
Governments, corporations, international institutions, and other organizations are trying to do something about these issues, as well as the challenges they face. Several major conferences in recent years are also discussed. One is the Climate Change Conference in Bonn, Germany, in 2012 and then, which will be loaded with political overtones, especially the position of each State to commit their emissions reductions post 2020. This affects their nets trials should be agreed on priority issues to be resolved at COP 18/CMP 8 meeting in Doha in late 2012 ago. Rich countries owe carbon because they are using more than reasonable emission quotas. Meanwhile, developing countries question the responsibility of the state industry that has not been able to implement the Kyoto protocol's first commitment.
The United States as the country is expected going forward and the burden of paying all the money to help developing countries, in an effort to reduce carbon gas, as well as an obligation to reduce carbon emissions set by the Kyoto Protocol mechanisms. However, it did not come to ratify the Kyoto protocol. United States argued that the mechanism of the Kyoto Protocol considers unfair and ineffective in reducing carbon emissions.

This concern is felt by most developing countries that want to avoid the occurrence of a new framework under which causes flight Durban platform developed countries from emission reduction obligations legally binding year 2020.
